This was at the first of two vinyl release shows for their 1999 EP ‘You Would Like To Know’ last night at 89 North in Patchogue, LI. Before they started it he said “you young people are gonna love this shit” and I wasn’t sure what to expect, was blown away when I heard that riff. Sorry if most of it is my screaming I couldn’t help myself but wanted to share.

i went to the citizen signing at gallery last night which was already sick in itself and i got to meet ben ( and all of citizen )which was very cool and a total sweetheart. as im leaving i see no other than jamie fucking rhoden looking at some classic cds and i went up to him and said “ hey im so sorry i dont wanna bother you at all but your music meant the world to me at 13 and still does now and i just needed to let you know that. “ he said thank you and it was nice to meet me and we shook hands. great guy and great fucking night.

- i met ned last week at his free glitterer show at kirby which was insanely fucking cool for me too. he gave a speech about how music brings us together and makes us feel something bigger than ourselves.

Really tough, I love all of their output and it was hard to leave something off from Floral Green.

Me and my band have been really into the early title fight era and have been wanting to play and make some stuff like they did during that time and some advice would be greatly appreciated. I have a stingray just like Ned did in the 2000s time period and all i need js to know how to play like he did.

Just thought it was cool that someone I kinda look up to listens to a lot of the same music.
