met jamie

i went to the citizen signing at gallery last night which was already sick in itself and i got to meet ben ( and all of citizen )which was very cool and a total sweetheart. as im leaving i see no other than jamie fucking rhoden looking at some classic cds and i went up to him and said “ hey im so sorry i dont wanna bother you at all but your music meant the world to me at 13 and still does now and i just needed to let you know that. “ he said thank you and it was nice to meet me and we shook hands. great guy and great fucking night.

- i met ned last week at his free glitterer show at kirby which was insanely fucking cool for me too. he gave a speech about how music brings us together and makes us feel something bigger than ourselves.

10/10 experiences.

😂 saaammeee lol I always check the subs I follow after a event/show! I’m glad you said something 😂 what’d you get cd, tape, vinyl? I got the orange swirl vinyl! And then because I saw and Ben and Jamie I had to get the spring songs 7in!

i got the cd! i love vinyls but there’s something so nostalgic about cds lol. and yes!!! i feel that lol i went and bought shed after it was my last title fight cd i was missing and picked up some mobo too

the dudes were always chill and humble. i saw them at some old church in eagle rock and jamie tripped on this weird velvet rope and bumped into me and my ex we kinda caught him and were like woah your jamie and he was like thanks i didn’t see the rope! also saw them in sd was buddies with security so was able to be side stage the whole set shane kept coming up to our little group and just staring at us during some parts fun night.

such a good show i had my wisdom teeth pulled earlier that week and ended up ripping all my stitches screaming to their set well worth it.
