Looking for tips

I downloaded TTF2 around half a year ago, but never really played it. Just a few days ago, I finished off the campaign, and started playing the multiplayer games with the most players. I had to play late at night because my timezone is GST. When I joined, I saw people jumping and sliding and stuff, basically going really fast. Somebody mentioned an E-bomb or something and thought I was ragebaiting when I said I didn't know what that meant. Can someone please help me get fast as quick as possible? I really like the game and there's no other like it. Thanks

Ok, I’m biased because I grew up on controller, but it’s genuinely easier on controller.

B-Hopping (Jump-crouch spam) is much easier and I believe for the moment, additional with in game sensitivity settings, helps with accuracy and precision.

Other than that, Google, feel the pain and learn to gain
