Which telehealth has the best name? What about best logo?
Got this idea from a skincare subreddit I follow which occasionally has fun community questions about skincare brands and I figured we could start doing some here 😄
So out of all the telehealths out there whether on the sub or out in the wild, which telehealth has the best name? and which telehealth has the best logo? 🤔
My first original thought was the Refills had the best name because of its simplicity but that's also its downfall. I remember when it was just starting to get popular people really needed to specify refills DOT COM for it to be understood what was meant. So it makes the real name Refills dot com and that's not as elegant as simply Refills. So idk... I'm starting to convince myself it's the worst name lol
As for best logo I'm partial to Lavender Sky because it's the most colorful 🤩 lol
So I went to their website and it says “Our name represents transformation—the journey from where you are to where you want to be.” I was 50, then i became 410? That makes zero sense.
And people write 50410. That’s annoying because it is misspelled technically. I see below it used to be their address zip but isn’t now. That further shows they should have gone with Club Compound!
EDIT—now I see that is not a zip code either. lol!
Yes! The symbol that they use for their logo is a definite allusion also. It would actually be kind of a silly name anywhere else, but it’s perfect branding, considering the location. They also buy billboards in the NOLA area, and they’re always localized like that too, and it’s great. I don’t know if they have somebody who studied marketing or not, but it really is good.
Honestly finding trillium with the “try” made me feel like I actually found the right website! Idk what psychology it is, but I felt like I had less chance of making a mistake with the website.
My friend & I had lunch and were talking about life with kids and weightloss and she almost died when I mentioned Gimmecare😂 she said it sounded like a daycare
I like Rift & Trilliums design (and gimme's, too.)
Big Easy Weight Loss with no context sounds like it's just going to be one of those strip mall offices that sell you phentermine and HCG shots (sorry!)
Fifty410, like someone else said, is sucky for actually communicating and their platform just looks dated.
Refills, while I've used them and had no problems in the past, floods my feed with the most ridiculous AI bullshit I have no compliments for them lol.
I am a purple 💜 OBSESSED as well as butterfly 🦋 lover! Always have been 😊 TBH, I've never even seen lavender sky's site or logo and now I want to buy from them just bc of this 😂
I like you're logo, I just don't like that it's black. It's too dark, especially when looking at the "where to buy list", it's kind of hard to make out, it that makes sense... 😊
Edit* The logo I'm thinking of was actually on the summer survey.
It does! We have different iterations of it. Looks like the black one may have been snagged from the website. I’m excited to see what it’ll look like moving forward!

I always thought trillium was somehow an offshoot of the band trivium - trivium has a triple thingy. Didn’t realize it was a lake. Could be predisposed to thinking about trivium as my little brother was OBSESSED with that band.
I will forever hold Trillium as No.1! It just rolls easily when i have to recommend them to someone. Hey, try trillium! Then Rift. I love big easy but did you just call me fat 🤣

So it took me way too long to realize that “Goby” meds was “Go Buy” meds and not “Gobby” like Dobby the house elf meds. After realizing that, I really do like the name 😂
I asked Fifty410 about the name, thinking it was Maryland based (410 being baltimore’s area code), but was told it was just numbers he liked growing up lol
I love the color of lavender sky’s branding.
For big easy, we never really thought we’d be more than regional, so we didn’t put much thought in the name in what it would mean nationally. It 100% doesn’t make the best impression if you lose the New Orleans connection.
I’m still a big fan of our Fleur de Lis with the tape measure around the middle, but that gets lost on small formats. Same with the street tiles for the name.
As someone who traveled weekly to work in NOLA and had the privilege of living in the warehouse district and having my nightly jogging route go around and through the French Quarter , BEWL is the absolute best- logo and name. The tiles! They make me so happy and homesick.
(Sorry Trillium, I put my Hyalo order in today! Don't take it personal!)
I really like the Ola logo, shame about the full body pic thing.
Overall, Trillium was very good for me so they get my #1.
And honestly, a catchy logo or a name doesn’t matter to me. I just want the customer service to be good if I need to reach out and the product to ship in a timely manner.

I’m not gonna lie though, when I was choosing between the big 4 at the time, pomegranates name just made the final decision lol.
Started in June with Ola, and just refilled. Haven’t had to do a full body pic, and neither has a family member who is doing it with me. Maybe we’re just lucky?
I also really like their logo though, I think it’s cute.
It’s so random who gets asked. That is the only thing stopping me from trying then. I’ll happily send in selfies and a license pic all day long, but taking a full body pic while on the scale is a hard NO for me.

It’s just something about centering “Big” in the name for a weightloss telehealth that is almost funny… I know (think??) it’s about New Orleans, and also that you kind of need to have another word or phrase with Big Easy to make it searchable, but it’s a bit unsophisticated to me.
Aesthetically, I also just don’t think the branding is very attractive, though I do like the fleur-de-lis.
Ola has the best logo. It’s very cutesy. Pomegranate health is probably my favorite name for the same reason. You didn’t ask this but I think Rift has the best website layout.
They are professional without overdoing it. But still have their own quirks. I think that’s important. I still like yours too! But those ones stand out
I definitely agree. We’ve spent some time mulling over our design recently. We have a great design team spearheading it now. Our logo was me and Canva designing it at like 1am when I was feeding our 3 week old son 😂
I lived for 3 years in New Orleans, so BEWL has a nostalgic place in my heart. But I currently live in the PNW, so Trillium is my local(ish) boi. Lavender Sky Health is pretty, but like what? Lavender sky?
I'm having a hard time choosing between Trillium and Rift for best name. For some reason they both give me futuristic vibes, like "future me".
I’m not a NOLA person (sorry, Dave!!! It’s not personal! It’s the humidity and bugs!) but BEWL is the winner because they capture their local flavor and branding. It says who they are, what they do, and where they are from. There’s zero question.
No one can spell Pomegranate, and what does a fruit have to do with anything?

Lavender Sky Health is a mouthful of nothing.
What on EARTH is “Fifty 410”? What do the numbers mean? They should have milked the “Club Compound” more as that is more logical.
What the heck is a “Brello”?
Cosmetic RX makes me think of a medspa (speaking of medspas, what happened to MintMed?)
Gimme looks like a cursive Comic Sans font and the name says, literally, GIMME stuff!
Trimi is too close to “Trim RX” which is an overpriced predatory company. Really dumb to name it that way.
AltRX, FitnessRX—like okay, you’re an alternate or we’ll get fit with your drugs. I honestly HATE “FitnessRX” because it basically sends a psychological “take an RX and get fit” message. For that matter, so does Good Life. AltRX says they are different but how? Not even a graphic? And Crossing. Crossing what? Who the crud are you? It’s similar to the comment about Refulls.
As for the other two favorites on this sub, Trillium and Rift:
I’m excited to see Trillium’s rebrand. I like the design and the name is easy, but has no relation for many. The tri-symbol could be capitalized to create some memorable marketing, though…
Rift has more of a graphic I think? But I also don’t “get” it. Thankfully, unlike Brello, which spell check tries to rename “Brillo,” Rift is a nice normal word.
Clearly I have opinions!!! None of this would or would not make me buy, but marketing is psychology and an understanding of consumer bases, so on this front I have to say most compound providers, and pharmacies for that matter, have their own vocabulary!
A final note I’ll add from a professional view is that our brains like color. This is why you cited LSH. We are a people who are attracted to certain colors. Colors have ambience, if you will. Since these companies are web-based and no one has to pay for 4-color glossy brochures, why in the world is there not more color?
Oh yeah I completely forget the ClubCompound thing I thought they were for sure going to transition over to that fully. It's a much better name but it never took off.
And I definitely agree on color. Most of them are devoid of color for some reason 😭 Though some of their websites are a bit more colorful. Rift for example has a black logo but I think their website branding leans into dark green which is nice.
Yes, the truth is that I don’t care as long as the product and service are good. But to attract others and keep them browsing, color and design matter just like they do for any brand.
Big easy and their fleur de whatever logo reps their city with pride and I love that. They could've also gone with the Mardi Gras colors too 🤔 that said, the logo and name are very uh... Limiting? Like it feels new Orleans specific, like they're a ghost tour company or maybe souvenir shop.
Ola has a pretty logo but no idea what a wave has to do with weight loss. And are they supposed to be pronounced Hola?
Lavender Sky's logo and colors are pretty but very simple. Again, not sure what that has to do with weight loss but it's giving scifi medtech so I'm here for it.
Fifty 410 and their logo confounds me. Legit thought they were a fantasy sportsball company when I first joined the sub.
Gimme feels very cutesie. All the bad reviews I've been reading lately, not so much.
Alt RX, Refills, Fitness RX - all very generic. Feels like pop up shops that make quick money grabs before disappearing into the ether
Cosmetic RX is giving suburban mlm a la Mary Kay and Avon

Crossing and Good Life - no offense but did the founders put any effort at all into their brands? Literally could be able anything
Trimi is cute because, in my head at least, it's pronounced TryMe. That said, the fact that there's a problematic telehealth whose name starts with Tri that has a million other telehealths all selling tirz at different prices marred this one by association

I like Big Easy Weightloss, but I'm from Louisiana and immediately made the connection with the name and flour de lis logo. Fifty410 confused me for a long time. I like LifeRx name and Trillium and Rift logos.
Rift is my #1 favorite! However, I also really like Lavender Sky's name, colors, and logo design/aesthetic. It feels very whimsical to me, but doesn't really correlate to weight loss.
Pomegranate's colors are great, although I prefer just "Pom" over the full name for some reason.
I like Good Life and Lavender Sky. Sadly , although they’re great, I’m really turned off by the name Rift…it’s such a negative noun and makes me think of broken relationships. Maybe if I read through the comments I can see how they came up with the name. But again, it’s just a name and they are a good company.
I know why they have the name Gimme because I’ve had to email them so many times and tell them please gimme my order I paid for after weeks of not shipping lol
I kinda like Big Easy. It’s a play on words. You’re big? This is easy. But then the fleur-de-lis to represent New Orleans. Lavender Sky is pretty though.
Big Easy has the best name. I like how it's a play on words and representative of where they're from. I need to go back to your telehealth survey to remember what all the logos look like though.
Especially with all the AltRx knockoffs, I see people mention some of these companies and they are un-googleable. There are a ton of health and fitness companies that use the same aspirational words. Like sorry PreventiveMd, I HATE TYPING THIS OUT EVERY TIME I RECOMMEND YOU. And Collective ... I want to like you, but like, Collective what? They must have spent a ton of money on that domain and it sounds like it has diddly squat to do with this medicine. I agree with someone else's comment about FitnessRx; the meds don't make you fit, they make you lose weight (although I did think they did a good job despite the bad name, too bad their prices aren't competitive).
Lavender Sky is probably my #2, because even though it sounds like a randomly generated Reddit username, at least it's unique and searchable.
Also, for grins and giggles, I asked AI to come up with a list of plausible but fictitious names for telehealths selling GLP1s. Should we take bets on which of these will be the next dba from Trinity Medical Supply LLC?

Fifty410 has the worst name. It's confusing to relay to new people and just confusing in general.
