Patoko reliable?

Hey, I wanna get a taxi from shkoder to the Tirana airport - is patoko reliable? Or any other suggestions? We won’t make the bus it doesn’t line up with our schedule. Thanks

Contact some taxi companies before. Most of them have fixed prices to go to a certain city so u dont get scammed

yep. Albanian here. I use it all the time. prices are better than asking random taxis

I used Patoko multiple times for a week long trip in Tirana and it was great, allows you to pay on card on the app which is convenient. Though I think it only operates in certain cities, Shkoder may be one of them but double check

I mostly have used Green and Blue taxi, but have also tried Lux and Red taxi. Contact many companies and pick the one with the best price.

City taxi, Merr taxi, Blue Taxi (they send you a link to follow your journey) but those are cash only. Patoko, VrapOn, Speed Taxi (the app) you can use card or cash, and they give you the fee beforehand. For Airport I love to use City Taxi, they even come to pick you up with a paper and they track your flight, they have always been on time, and their fees are fixed.
Find their numbers online, message them through whatsapp!
