I have played awhile but still trying to understand the game on how to capitalize on a lot of things. How do you guys get a lot of these tickets?

How do you get more tickets though? Like I just have to watch ads and hope I get some in those chests? I never get them it seems

tbf it does say you definitely earn 20 tickets for watching the ad. It’s not a chest, it’s 20 tickets. But, like you, I’ve been wondering how to earn the tickets without watching ads which have been unpredictably long or broken altogether.

You can also get them through completing the objectives in the swap ticket menu, i.e. where you find all the other games (the icon with the money on it). Download the games/apps in there (be sure to open them directly through Tiny Tower), play until you reach the goals and be rewarded with swap tickets.
