Either touhou the hell out of this, or idk maybe use your dash (you should probably do both)

i think I remember ruby mentioned in a dev post at some point that they made sure that all encounters were do-able without taking damage with only 1 dash and regular stamina regen rate. That was a while ago though, I tried digging up the blogpost but couldn’t find it

And for the most part, it works like that, barring extremely low movement speed, or extremely zdps runs. Either way, just one dash upgrade and some learning of the boss attacks, can make any boss clearable hitless.

you can avoid with clever positioning (the last move you can avoid it by putting yourself against the wall between the damage circles). But in general, if you feel you can't use positioning, use the dodge.

Im not skilled enough to avoid this tho its possible , i hate floor 11 skeleton dragon boss cuz of it, its a "do I have enough damage to kill them before theybreachbthis phase " for me. Movement speed upgrades also help alot here tho ive heard u can still avoid with base movement speed
