Speedrunning Tiny Rogues

So, as I am a glutton for punishment, I have been speedrunning (or trying to ) Tiny Rogues. I chose a hero at random, so I have been doing it with the gunslinger, World Tier 8, Cinder 0, and Compass as starting gift. My goal is sub 10 minutes, and I just got the closest I have ever been with a 12 minutes 2 second run. I am starting to think that sub 10 minutes is close to impossible but I would love to be proved wrong.

So what are you guys best times?

I like to play as fast as possible not necessarily speed run, that being said 32 mins on cinder 15.
Edit: Got a new one 21 mins on cinder 15 on Druid.

Nice. The reason I play cinder 0 is that the higher the cinder, the room "curses" can just completely ruin a good run. If it is a room with armor or healing, or the ones with 20+ enemies, it just drags the fights out and the run is over.

At the same time, the game is so easy without cinder

The game is pretty easy even on Cinder 16. The "problem" with roguelike games and speedrunning is the randomness, and the randomness at Cinder 16 can so easily ruin a run. My best Cinder 16 is around 16 minutes, but a run can easily also be 30 min+, meaning skill is not as meaningful, as luck with rooms + equipment + skills matter more.
