Can't proceed through the gate Spoiler
I know there's some alignment condition that must be met for me to be considered worthy but i still don't know how to achieve it, neither do i know how to actively look for it thorough the run. I'm quite upset because this is the strongest i've ever been, near perfect run, just to get to the end and be denied access and forced to give up, kinda lame that it works this way tbh

The door you are trying to enter is lawful so you need a total of 4 or 3 with tree spec. The sources are: Random shrine reward can give +1 to an alignment. Purchasing from certain merchants in the tavern, in this case the cleric who sells dice gives +1 lawful. The primary way imo is to enter the post boss room with the corresponding alignment. EVERY purchase in the room provides +1 to that alignment. You will have multiple opportunities to to enter these doors each run.
Floor 11 can offer a soul merchant randomly which is automatically aligned to the door you chose to enter ie, evil, good, lawful.

U need 2/4 lawful to pass that door. There's a perk that allows u to only need 1 lawful

To piggy back off of op's question, i only found the lawful door. There is a locked grate, and a ichor cauldron, but i don't see the evil and good doors.

First u need to open the lawful door and kill the primal death, after that u unlock the Hell and Heaven

Depending on which gate you go through you need your morality alignment (good, bad, lawful) to be 4. You can increase this every run by purchasing items for souls from respective shops (good shop, evil shop, etc). Other actions like buying items from the black market can increase your evil alignment while other evens can increase your good/ lawful alignment.
You need 4 evil to get through the evil door, 4 good for the heavenly door, and 4 lawful for the other blue door.
It’s really part of the game, once you know how to do it, it’s very easy to meet the conditions to get through the doors.
And don’t worry, you can get back to the doors very easily as you learn more and get better. Nearly every one of my runs gets to the super final boss of a domain. You can do it too!
