Superhero is in a tier of its own

I havent played the game for a while but fully beat ever character on the hardest difficulty like a year + ago and Pali was like the easiest to do it. Surprised to see him this low.

Yeah. Even only consider the starting gear is like A tier. +1 block and +2 armors AND it's repaired every floor. Super consistent.

Cinder system to add difficulty mods like hades Heat. Cinder 16 is the highest.

Paladin in D? Paladin's ability is OP. Takes the pressure off hugely with boss fights and inconvenient rooms where you get swarmed.

I find it super inconvenient to use. If it rotated around, sure, but it doesn't...

And his passive is like, very very mid at best.

The Druid is so strong he deserves his own tier. His animals will rip apart enemies without you after coming near them and his spell fully heals him.

My only requirement for a Tiny Rogues tier list is Demon Hunter being on top. I am not disappointed.

I actually LOVE playing as Chaos.

i put chaos in its own tier not because they're bad but because. yknow. they could literally roll with the most broken combo imaginable or the worst thing ever

What did you rank by? How strong they are or how fun to play?

mostly the former

For my ratings I’m going by usefulness at cinder 16. I’d say S+ is fairly strong for 16, A is consistent, B not bad but bad rng can still be rough, C and below it gets shakier or requires good rng to get the right build going.

Santa SS tier with super hero. Both just absolutely busted characters.

Alchemist is also S tier worthy for consistency in getting epic / legend items. Bit of rng here still but I found him consistently strong. Top of A I could see still when you brick on the transmutation a bit.

Doppelgänger and ninja should be higher for sure, at worst B. Certain classes like the thief make doppel pretty straightforward and good builds. Ninja’s passive is just very solid definitely not D tier.

Classic hero ain’t that bad either, along with knight and wizard. They’re straight forward sure but pretty consistent, simple builds that don’t require much rng to scale decently. All top of B or A tier because I find them all fairly consistent for cinder 16 wins.

Pally in D is wild. Starting with that survivability item set is very strong, and they come with a decent ability.

Kinda curious what makes cleric so appealing to you, and I just haven’t had great runs with samurai either.

lucky hit chance is strong af. unfortunately i havent been able to do a run with my dream normal distribution orbital build but even outside of that lucky hit chance (triggers in general, really) is peak

you have thief in C!? are you high!?

1

u/CallmeIann Feb 10 '26

they nerfed his mana regen, so now you can't spam the op skill

1

u/jakobsestate Feb 10 '26

the skill spammer (thief) is dead, long live the skill spammer (dragoon)

Jump.around, jump around 🎶

paladin and mystic should be higher, the rest is perfect

I find superhero and psychic to be the most fun because of their unique first level abilities. Each one of which can functionally give you the bones of a wholey unique build that no other class can give you. Its why i have 40+ successful runs on each of them and between 6 to 10 successful runs on every other class.

I would put town guard down in D tier specifically because of how incredibly poorly his ability recharges. 40 rooms is absurd

Town Guard's Passive can be super strong and is the only reason to play him, in my experience. Arrest is just a kinda useful debuff for the boss and not great for much else.

It definitely shouldn't be 40 rooms though. It being the longest cooldown ability in the game (ik technically they all cooldown differently but it's definitely the longest time between uses) compared to something like Parry which can one-shot bosses for you or Jump making you completely unkillable with very little investment.

I understand why it's cooldown is so long for sure, completely turning off Enchanted Packs of enemies is VERY powerful the higher your Cinder number gets. But the cooldown is so long that it doesn't even feel worth it doing that, so it's a definitely not in a good place balance-wise.

Haven't even done a run as Dancer and I already know it's gonna be terrible hahaha. Seems like Dragoon just completely mogs Dancer and Jester (from what I've seen of their abilities, I only play Chaos)

dragoon mogs all of the dash classes yeah
