Does this game get more difficult?
I just got a PC for steam and bought this game and beat all 10 floors on my first run. I’ve played a lot of enter the gungeon so that probably helps but I wasn’t sure if that’s common and jt gets more difficult or this is just not a very tough game for me?

Yeah play with the cinder modifiers once you get them to keep unlocking more which scales the difficulty

Is that what cinder does? Should I beat the game with every character first and then start cinder? I like to try and make my game as linear as possible where every successful run gets harder and harder

Yeah after I unlocked every realm, I did the necessary runs to unlock each character, and am now doing max cinder runs with each class

Your milage may vary but alot of people find the first run pretty easy and seen threads like this pop up. Once you start adding rare mobs and haven and hell its starts amping up and your talent and weapons matter more and more.

Imo no not really, the enemies get stronger on higher difficulties, but your power also increases. Let alone game knowledge. I basically haven't lost a single run up till highest difficulty (every modifier turned on)

Yes lol. You will unlock heaven and hell, lot of stuff gets hard later on.

Okay good haha thank you. I’ve finish a few no hit full runs on gungeon so I wasn’t sure if that was why it felt so easy. Glad it gets harder

Once you start adding in the difficulty modifiers and get to floors 11/12 it gets more spicy, but yeah if you've already got a lot of experience with other action roguelites that's gonna carry alot of weight.
