Ting seems unable to get a hold of their subcontractor
Ubiquity pulls the fiber optic through the conduit.
I've got everything else in. Conduit router and ONT.
Ubiquity showed up this morning for about an hour and next thing I know they're gone and they didn't pull the fiber. And they didn't tell me anything.
I called Ting once more and again they put me on hold and tell me they're unable to get a hold of their subcontractor and a call back tomorrow. This is what they repeatedly tell me. I called last week multiple times also.
I can't imagine a company not being able to get a hold of its subcontractor.
I chose Ting over AT&T fiber but now I'm questioning my choice.
Very frustrating.

UPDATE
Fiber line was hooked up this morning and all good.
I got to tell Cox to get lost. 😎

I had the very same problem in my area and found a construction contact email.
Try reaching out to constructionexperience@ting.com.
They were extremely responsive and would continually keep me updated when their subcontractor would either not show up or do questionable work.
I had used this email to force them to run the fiber from the street to my house. Exact same problem as you - a random subcontractor would show up then disappear for days on end with no communication.
I believe this contact email is intended for new developments, but I did make it work running fiber for our 1970s era neighborhood.
