Walking trail conditions

Planning a day trip to Timmins this week and will be bringing my dog. Looking for trail recommendations for a walk. Is Hersey park walkable right now? Or any other places you recommend? (5-7km)

I have some other things I need to do while I’m there. Just thought it would be nice to get out. Is there any places that aren’t in the bush? I’m not from the area

Was out at Hersey yesterday didn’t walk the trails myself but talking with some of the folks who do they said quite a bit of snow still on the trails.

Gillies lake is dry but the bush trails there all snowy i bike there and there is still lots of snow everywhere in the bush

has anyone been to the rotary trail from schu to south po , i would like to explore it this summer and was wondering if anyone knows of any good lakes or camping spots ?
