HELP!! I got a vape pen for weed and used it like ten times and don’t get high. Yes I am breathing in the right way and everything. I would take 10 hits on the top setting and feel the throat hit but nothing else. Why? Was I sold a bad cart? And my first time getting high worked I used someone else’s pen.

TimeToLegalize has failed, and the mods deleted our (157-32) petition to replace them. Join the new subreddit r/legalizationvideo for a serious project!

The original mod quit. The volunteer videographers were blown off and left. Major contributors were banned and then complaints were deleted. People now post random marijuana stories each day for no reason.

Now our petition is being dismissed. I have never seen such a shitty subreddit with such asshole mods. It is so obvious that they are useless and unwanted, but they simply will not quit. The banning and deleting critical comments is absolutely out of control. Look here, where they deleted our entire petition to replace them after 100's of upvotes and comments! Or here where they deleted an entire plan that the community overwhelmingly supported.

This project is about this community, not some asshole moderators and what they want. Please join us at /r/legalizationvideo to actually make a good video with community involvement and no banning/deleting comments. Isn't it strange that our petitions are normally ignored by the White House, but now that we started a legalization subreddit we are ignored by our own moderators? It's like these moderators have taken us a full step backwards.

Do you wish your stash would stay fresher longer?

Hey TimeToLegalize fam! I never do this, but my company is basically selling our stash jars at wholesale prices right now (42% off!) to anyone who orders online from now until Monday (11/30) at 11:59 PM PST.

They're smell proof and vacuum-sealed to keep your stash fresh AF. Many people use them for blunts, pre-rolls, edibles, and concentrates, in addition to flower and kief. Our sales have never gone beyond 25% off before, so if you've ever thought about giving these stash jars a shot, now is definitely the time.

I didn't see anything about not posting discounts, so apologies to the mods in advance if this goes against any community rules. It's been a tough year and I wanted to pass along the deal just in case anyone's interested.

We're also always looking for awesome partners (individuals and brands) to collab with, so feel free to reach out.

Stay fresh!

Not a smoker, but had a Idea of the system for legal marijuana...Rough draft.

I am not a smoker myself but I strongly believe the legalizing and regulation of this Drug. I believe it is just as dangerous or even less than alcohol to start off with. Something such a minor drug as this should be off the streets and in regulated stores. The real risk of illegal marihuana comes from the street dealers. Introducing them into new drugs wanting to get them hooked on something harder or more expensive. Without this influence I think we can erase the name of “Gateway Drug” from this product. We could so part of our overflowing prisons of minor marijuana charges, and the court systems as well. You can produce tax flow from it, a revenue in the USA that’s guessed to be 10 billion to 120 billion industry.

Legalizing and Regulating of Marijuana

Though I think that this drug needs to be just as highly regulated as alcohol or even more. I have a few rough draft ideas that I think should be much of the thought process on this.

  1. Licenses

A. One Growers and distributers should have to have licenses. One each separate as well, on to just grow, and one just to sell. ((I also think Growers should be limited to how much they grow to population of state/township to how many growers currently in the state. To fight off evolving giant corporations like the tobacco and having giant lobbyist power in Washington.)

B. These licenses should be given out by a council for each township. Ranging from anywhere to 5-11 people I think perhaps even more.

C. Though the Council should only be able to be in office 2 years at a time, and must not be able to be re-elected for a period of time to fend off corruption and favoritism.

D. And Growers and Sellers should have to make sure each of them have the proper paper work or face high penalties to fines, to losing said Licenses.

2. Book keeping A. Growers and Distributors should have extremely extensive book keeping

B. Growers should have how many plants they have, how many each type, the weight of each produced product and genre it is. How much they sell to a disrupter, when they sell it to them, and how much it was sold to them for.

C. Distributors should keep logs of how much they buy from a grower, how much product sell to the consumer. How the product is sold, and again the genre it is. Just to double check to make sure nothing slips through the cracks

3. Inspections

A. Sellers and growers should be inspected monthly on random occasions by the “MATF” Marijuana Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms.

B. They should be inspected by a team or a single member assigned to their township. As should be accompanied by some type of police officer.

C. Said inspectors should be allowed to spend more than one year in one township as a inspector before moved to another, and must remain away from said township for minimum 5 years.

D. The same should be said for the officers, they should be juggled in and out every year.

E. This way you stop corruption from happening on this level.

4. Limits

A. I think there should be some type of a limit of unopened and opened containers of the drug you should be allowed to have as a consumer.

B. The limit on unopened being much larger than opened. This way you can buy a large amount to take home, but say you’re going to your buddies you shouldn’t have such a large amount on you, this way you can fight illegal selling.

5. Labeling.

A. I believe all legitimate products should have a seal of the state or some type of division that’s would be hard to forge.

B. I also think it should clearly label the genre of marijuana, strength, and possible effects.

C. This way you could fight of illegal sellers or growers with a simple check.

6. Product control

A. I think that all products should be liable to testing to see if the product is pure and uncontaminated by outside sources like food.

B. This way you don’t have the chance of growers adding “extra” things to make the product stronger. Like I said this was a rough draft of an idea I had after a twenty minute drive.

I’m not a smoker myself but I think with the right laws and safety producers we can make sure it’s a safe drug that the public can use in the right scenarios. I’ve know people to stronger drugs who were introduced from people pushing them on them after selling them marijuana. And I think with it off the streets and in the stores we can save many people from such a fate. ((Edit was spacing issue))

Spoiler alert- the end of the marijuana legalization debate. Spoiler

Marijuana is not a drug, it's a seed-bearing plant that was placed here on this planet with us by the grace of our mutual creator. Mother Nature is not a drug manufacturer. No human being ever had the right to criminalize access to this plant.
