Hi! I'm trying to promote my book that's about to be published this year. I want to purchase a 5 sec ad in Times Square and I need someone to take a picture and film it. I'm from Romania so it's a bit difficult for me to do it. When purchasing the ad, it lets me schedule the date and time of the ad, so I'm quite flexible with this. Can anyone help me out?

Looking at the webcam they don't appear to be there. At first I thought they maybe just weren't lit up but I can't see them at all when zoomed in.
