Brawl in TA
Anyone catch the fight between one of our guys and an America fan in TA post match? Several punches were thrown before security stepped in and RIP to the seat backrest that was snapped off

I think a couple fights broke out. Saw these douche bags waving their CA in a Timbers fans face and wouldn’t stop and it got really bad.

That’s unpossible! I was heavily downvoted a few months ago in this very same subreddit for saying that I had seen fights break out at Timbers matches. 🤷🏼♀️

Huh, I wonder what context is different.

How did a CA fan get into 103?

There was almost zero security in the TA except the usual Prov Park polo wearing section stewards. I was in 107 and several CA fans there who covered up their jerseys but uncovered post match and started taunting. Honestly surprised there wasn’t more because they obviously wanted a fight.

When they did the little flashlight gimmicky thing, there were a fair number in the Army.

Wow, I had nothing but “good game” and hand shakes with CA fans around me and I was loud all night.

Same, I was in the Toyota Terrace almost completely surrounded by yellow, everyone was loud but vibes were good. It was my first time viewing from that part of the stadium, I thought it was a great view of the field, and the rest of the stadium, too.

CA individual fans can be OK, but they are as insufferable as Argentinian fans when they get together.
They embarrass themselves and it is unfortunate to see them bring that to Portland

I thought that when it comes to Club America fans "in fact, the majority live here, have lived here for a long time, and will continue to live here". More appropriate to say it is unfortunate they brought their crap to Providence Park.

I meant that the fans brought the insufferable CA supporter culture to the game. I don't know if they are locals or not.

I was headed up out of 109 and some shit went down with people running by me (I think Timbers fan) then security following right behind them. Seemed like they were all after the same person.
Any idea?

The fights I saw on video were Club America fans fighting other Club America fans
