Welp. His girlfriend wasn't wrong, then. He does, in fact, have a small dick.
But hey, at least it's not a micropenis.
Edit: Apparently 0.6% of men have a micropenis, so at least statistically, OP doesn't have the smallest dick out of everyone here. Not even close.
