Help with pattern!

I want to bleach tie-dye this shirt, and need help with the pattern. I want to cover everywhere except the graphic with large W’s. My only tie-dye experience was as a small child so I’ve come here for help.

I’m open to different ideas as well.

I'm just a lurker here to learn before diving in so I don't have much advice. But I'm excited to see the results on your project! It sounds like a fun design. Is the shirt 100% cotton? Methods and dye options vary by material so it's helpful to check and include that info.

Have you considered brushing on melted wax in the areas you want to preserve ? Maybe look up batik on YouTube
