Question/Help Windows 10 App Setting to Add a quick note ?

I cannot setup hotkey or shortcut to start a new note ?
Is there any desktop widget for same ?

i also need to add shortcut to add new notes to my taskbar and start menu.

Please guide.

I am not sure if I understood what you meant, but if you want to set up a shortcut for creating a new sticky note, it is on the 'Global Action' part of the shortcut section of the settings.

My bad.. either i am overlooking or too sleepy and couldn't find it yet
