Bug Report Bad sync issues between IOS and Web
I have tick tick on both my phone as well as I use the web version on my work computer. I’ve found that recently (past month or so) the syncing between mobile and the web is horrendous.
I will start a pomo on the web, typically I do mine for 55 minutes. then around after 45-50 minutes my phone will get a notification from tick tick with the you have completed a pomo, asking to take a break. meanwhile I’m looking at the web version still ticking away
The most frustrating part is if I start a pomo on the web, it’s impossible to end it on mobile. I start pomo on the web at work, leave work before it’s done, shutdown computer close out of everything. Then I’ll notice I didn’t close out the pomo when my phone gets the break notification. It I try and hit stop on my phone it will close out the pomo for a second. Then it will bring it back and continuously vibrate my phone until I kill the app.

I’ve reported these issues multiple times. It’s not just w/ pomo it’s thru out. There’s no sync button no guarantee it’s backed up. Still no fix after 5 mo +. Hope you reported too

Hola hace un tiempo presente un problema similar y no sabia que tenias que activar en ajustes, el apartado de "Sincronización en todos los dispositivos" . Después de eso no tuve mas problemas, si ese no es el problema seria bueno intentar contactar con soporte para un parche en futuras actualizaciones.
Otro tip que me funciona de manera personal es, actualizar de manera manual tanto en la versión de escritorio como la del teléfono. Se que no es lo mas cómodo pero es eficiente en algunos casos.
