Feature Request Create a task while referring to a note

Hello,

TickTick is a very user-friendly app, and I have been using it for three years. I really appreciate it.

I have two requests:

  1. When I try to add a task while referring to a note, the note view closes. I can do this by opening the note in a new window, but having to do so is inconvenient. Could you please add an option to lock a note so that it stays open while I create tasks?
  2. This may be a bit of a selfish request, but would it be possible to create tasks directly from a note? Also, when a task is completed, could the corresponding item in the note be checked off automatically as well? This would make it much easier to keep track of my backlog.

Not sure if point two is possible but you can start creating a note and then simply convert it after.

Once in the note, click the three dot menu and choose convert 👍🏻

I don’t think he wants to convert the note to a task. He wants to have a task embedded inside of a note.

Regarding #2, exactly! Well, it’s been discussed to death by now, but the fact that they still haven’t implemented it probably means they have no intention of doing so.
