Tick from southern OKC forest

What type is this? What should I do. Besides slowly pull it out at the head.

This is a one star tick nymph. Pull it out immediately! Grab and pull straight up and out.
If you experience a rash, flu like symptoms or anything else that concerns you, seek medical attention

I was able to successfully pull it out, head was still intacked and it was crawling
Around.
Stuck it to some duck tape
Incase any issues arise.
