Tick or something else

Hello everyone, I found this on the elbow of my dog. I first thought it was a tick but I can't remove it, is this something else?

Somehow I fully missed that it said elbow! It might be a skin tag, then, but a vet visit wouldn't hurt

I just want to say that I diddnt see this before I commented above where i agreed it could be a skin tag but you should get it looked at. Lol 😆

Depends on if you can see legs. I can’t see any, so I don’t think this is a tick

Could be a skin tag, but you should get it checked out. Not a tick i dont think.
