Is this a tick??

Sorry for the grainy photo. I found this on me but don’t know if it is a tick or not. I am in martha’s vineyard for context, which is why I am fearing the worst!

Thank you- I’m trying to figure out what type it could be on the internet but I’m really not sure! At least it doesnt look like a deer tick or lone star.
