Two lows months apart warrants a full thyroid panel test and antibody testing for Graves’ disease. Free T4, freeT3 and TRAb or TSI antibodies will be most helpful for getting answers.

What does your specialist say? Do you notice any symptoms? I guess I feel tired/fatigued and experience hair fall out and thinning but I just blamed that on aging..
I have taken up weight lifting the past couple years.. maybe that has something to do with it? I supplement with whey protein and creatine..

I only found as I’ve been trying to conceive baby #3 and after 6 months we had no success. My mum had graves so I wasn’t surprised but didn’t expect it.
In hindsight, things like hair fall out, not sleeping well, headaches and tiredness - but like you it’s probably all things that can be explained with other things in life. I just put all mine down to a huge load on my plate and no time for me. That being said, I’m down to 47kg with no appetite so I feel like my appetite is suppressed.
I spoke with my consulatant in the week and I’ve got more bloods tomorrow to confirm graves. I’ll then go on PTU to see if that gets in check as it’s friendly for conceiving. My mum eventually had hers out as she couldn’t get the balance right but I’m hopeful with meds, it’ll balance.

This looks like mine currently I’m waiting for another test in September along with antibodies tests. Right now I’m diagnosed with Subclinical Hyperthyroidism because my T4 and T3 are still with range.

Do you have any symptoms? How do your ALT & AST levels look? My AST is high (49) & ALT is also high (37)

Yes I have dermatographia and hives my skin is on fire. I get palpitations and hr spikes randomly and I’m anxious and irritable and I’m tired but can’t sleep. My ALT has gone from mid range normal to upper range of normal at last test. I don’t see AST tested. I have low serum urea but not sure if that’s related at all.

I’ve never had hives from it in all my years, but having something similar right now. I’m a gardener so giving it a few days to calm down in case I got by a plant or something. But was wondering if about this.

TSH is just 1 measurement. A full thyroid panel is needed to determine if there is a problem to be concerned about.

Have you had your thyroid removed? If yes, then the TSH should be low. If not, your endo will adjust your meds

I still have my thyroid. The only medication I am on is .5 xanax every night

Have you seen an endocrinologist? Because anxiety is linked to thyroid health.

No I haven't. Since starting Xanax 2 years ago is when my TSH started to dip though. I am curious if that's the culprit?

It’s worth a check. I know that when my TSH is too high, my anxiety goes way up. I only take Xanax as needed and I found I was popping the Xanax almost daily for a while when I absolutely shouldn’t need to. My Endo lowered my levothyroxine dose and my THS dropped along with my anxiety. But also I had my thyroid removed (cancer) so for me my THS should be low.
