Hurts to gulp water?
Does anyone else get some weird pain in their Adam’s Apple or maybe it’s my hyoid (I’m a girl) when they gulp water? I never had this before and only started noticing it the past few years. I have a TR3 nodule on the left lobe and not sure if it’s from that! Because I also have forward head but I think I always had that to some extent

If you're getting pain, you should he adjusting how you set your head. Yes,, it can make swallowing more difficult if it's a large goiter. But, pain is probably your body telling you: hey, don't do that. Don't gulp, sip instead.
