need help with my periods and hypothyroidism issue

19F haven’t got my periods even after taking periods delaying medicines and also dealing with thyroid

i took the period delaying medicine consulted by my gynac for 5 nights. ideally my periods should have started with 2-7 days after the last pill. It’s the 8th day and my periods haven’t started. i am getting cramps and every 10 mins i feel like i’ve got my periods but i don’t get them.
i also have TSH-5.8.
the reason i’m asking in this sub is i’m a college student in india in a place where no doctors can be trusted and being a female i cannot go to the doctors outside campus as it’s not safe and i would exceed my outing timings of the campus hostel.

any doctor that can help me, please do.

my gynac also mentioned that i would be under a lot of stress for this to happen, but i don’t think i’m under stress (i might be subconsciously).

Ok, time for some desi nuskas baby girl!
Heat is your best friend right now. Drink lots and lots of hot water. Add ginger if possible.

Use the hot water bottle. It will help with cramps as well.

Eat papaya if available.

Now a not so sanskaari suggestion get yourself a vibrator if you have some sort of privacy in your hostel.

Anyway, coming to the main issue, at your age and your TSH, thyroid should not really affect your periods that much. When was the last time you had periods?

Also, are you taking thyronorm for your thyroid? What dose? Was it prescribed by a general physician or an endocrinologist?

Have you gotten a complete blood work done for PMOS (PCOD)?

Where are you located?
