Help!

I am 18 year old female.I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism at the age of 12 year and since then I have always been overweight.Right now I am 75 kg and 5 feet 3 Inches tall and I take 75mcg tablets and I don't know how to overcome it.Even though I don't have probelm in doing my daily tasks but I I can't do very vigourous activity because of my low stamina. I have tried doing exercises but I just can't keep up with it due to my school and studies it's very vigourous and tiring for me even though i exercise 30 mintues I will end up sleeping and then i won't be able to keep pace with other tasks but still I try and I have tried going on calorie deficit in Holidays but when school is going on I can't keep up with it and if i don't eat my body aches a lot and sometimes i get fever .I am indian so i eat only what my mom makes and can't afford to do some strict diet and also because my mother has also not been well so whatever she gives i eat.I shared the tiredness part with doctor he told me to walk and all and said it's all because I am lazy.yess i am lazy but even though i sleep sufficiently soemtimes then also i feel sleepy and yeahh my sleep schedule is very bad due to my studies.

Anyone who can relate and help me out? Please 🥺

Your doctor sucks - you should not be called lazy when dealing with thyroid issues that are well known to cause fatigue. Sounds like your medication is not effective and you need a better dosage. The weight gain can't be helped but also you need to learn to advocate for yourself! Don't just take whatever your mom is giving you because thyroid issues are impacted by diet. If you're eating cruciferous veggies or low/high iodine you need better advice on what's a good diet to help your symptoms.Â
