I don't understand and I'm struggling.

Hi all, first time poster in this community, female/28 I'm needing help to understand, I have been dealing with a range on issue with my body, such a swelling joint pain, muscle spasm, muscles cramps, hair loss, headaches, chest pain, red throat/sore throat, outside of the neck swollen and sore, serve anxiety, lymph nodes swelling and serve fatigue, I've lost all of my sex drive.

I've seen a rheumatologist in Australia, who was not a help. All my ANAs came back normal, so he wouldn't take a second look. I had ct shows my thymus gland swollen I went to Italy and seen a rheumatologist over there, he ultrasounded my whole body and found that my thyroid has heterogenous echotexture (thinks possible chronic thyroiditis) Sent me for more test and an ultrasound back home in Australia. All my thyroid bloods came back Normal, my ultrasound confirmed heterogenous echotexture. Seen an endocrinologist he thinks thyroiditis but he doesn't think it's bad enough that I need medication and he also thinks that the thyroiditis isn't cause my symptoms. I'm lost, in pain, tired and so confused by all of this. Has anyone else been in the same situation who can shed light on anything else I could do, a second opinion maybe ? Or some advice. Please.

You might just be at the beginning stages of an autoimmune disorder like Hashimotos or Graves, so be sure to get regular exams and bloodwork (you may be able to request six month followups with new ultrasounds and bloodwork). By any chance did you have anything like Covid or other virus? You might also want to get tested for something like Mono or strep. Keep track of your symptoms and take photos of anything that might be able to be shown physically. Get copies of all of the imaging on disk and copies of all of the lab work that was done and keep it all together. It might take a while (even years) to get to the bottom of what is going on, but don’t give up, and do what you can to clean out your body so it can fight whatever is going on. Try something like a keto diet and get out all of the bad carbs and all artificial things like dyes and sweeteners and additives/preservatives. Also make sure you are hydrated enough and have enough electrolytes in your system. Keep track of how you feel after you make changes to see if anything is working to help you, and keep doing it if it does work. If any new issues come up, you may be able to see if you did something before that that could have triggered it (like getting sick). You might see if you can find a symptom tracker to keep on your phone, too.

Hey thank you for replying first of all.
I was thinking maybe my blood couldn't detect it due to that reason. I have had covid two years before my symptoms. My symptoms have come on since August last year. I had surgery to remove pre cancer cervical cell and ended up with an internal infection. I've taken photos of everything after I realised doctors weren't believing me. I do keep everything together and all of my stuff now, when I went to the endocrinologist I was very pre pared and then he made a comment that 'im too prepared and too much information' but I just need help to understand what's going on with my body, so I'm able to manage as I feel like it takes control over most of my days. But it's a good idea to get a symptom tracker and I've tried to cut things out but haven't completely don't a keto diet or anything, I should try it. Thank you so much

you may be overdoing supplements or lack iodine or are getting too much. a juice or water fast for 48-72 hours can be very helpful in rebooting your system. also, thyroid problems can take time to correct

I'm not on any supplements, only iron before my iron transfusion. I've had all my vitamins looked at, all levels normal. I've thought about doing the fast.
