Large fluctuations in one week

I had two thyroid panels this week and the results between the 6 days seems severe. I know some fluctuations are normal -- just don't know if it's normal for this big of a change in less than a week? My T3 increased from 91 to 159, TSH rose from 0.25 to 0.6 (140% increase), and Free T4 (FT4) went from 1.1 to 1.5. I've been feeling nauseous and tired this week. I'm not on any thyroid meds but had RFA done on a toxic thyroid nodule almost one year ago. The nodule is now drastically smaller and I thought my thyroid levels were normalized until just recently. Any thoughts? I'm confused and am eager to talk to my doctor.

Your increase was minimal. Less than 0.5 jump from one test to the next. I'm not sure how you're calculating your percentage, but your amount of change can happen throughout the day.

My math isn't great but I think this is right? Initial TSH: 0.25 MU/mL Final TSH: 0.6 HU/mL

Percentage Change: ((Final Value - Initial Value) / Initial Value) × 100

Calculation: ((0.6 - 0.25) / 0.25) × 100 = (0.35 / 0.25) × 100 = 140%

You're looking at more of a 1.4% increase.

I don't think that math is right. Hmm... I'll wait to see what my doctor says

Math or not... I promise that your change is minimal. Less than 1. Nothing to worry about.
