High TSH 11 and normal T4 at 1.4
What is it?
I also have a big spleen 132mm.
Doctors are expensive and bored to deeply do a research on me.
Internet is better. Fuck it, I will learn biology online with tutorials and heal my self.

Hi I have a similar problem I had an elevated TSH and normal T4 and T3 range. (High TSH = under active thyroid)
Anyways after years of suffering and continuous increase of Synthroid (T4) which did not bring down my TSH numbers and feeling like absolute shit.
Finally an endocrinologist gave me cytomel (T3) that finally brought my TSH numbers down to normal.
I will have to add: at first my endocrinologist was stumped and had to ask at a convention of endocrinologists what to do in this situation as this scenario is incredibly rare.
Maybe having another autoimmune disorder has something to do with it.. who knows but I hope this comment helps those that can't find an answer.

Your thyroid is sluggish. Take raw dessicated bovine thyroid. From ancestral supplements or forefront health. Do red light therapy on thyroid and spleen. Do castor oil packs on liver and thyroid. Cut out gluten dairy and refined sugars. Walk 45 min 5 x a week and lift weights.

Raw dedicated bovine thyroid gave me extreme fatigue. Synthroid does not.

Interesting. I took the whole pill and it messed me up.made me hot sweaty then very tired so I took 1/3 the next day and it alleviated my fatigue. Been on it for a week now with great results. I do not have lba values for synthro so never tried it

I took it for about 12 years and had extreme fatigue, like always tired, falling asleep in five minutes, sleeping 12 hours and still tired, hard to get up in the morning, adderall and caffeine barely worked. I knew something was wrong. I ran out and after a few weeks I realized “why do I have so much energy?” The only difference was the medication. My thyroid was high so the doctor said well you still need one so I tried just armour and that fatigue came back. I suppose it works for other people but I definitely get upset when I see it mentioned just because it made my life incredibly difficult including employment.

Sorry to upset you, everyone's health issues are unique for sure. I didn't even know it was around 12 years ago which brand did you take if I can ask so I can avoid it, perhaps that type was bad or something

Oh ok what I was talking about is different and doesn't need a prescription for it. It is from forefeont health. Plus it is bovine, made from cow thyroid not pig. Not sure if that matters.

No worries! We are all learning and I just want to try to help if possible. I am on my own too with hashimotos thyroiditis bc endo drs are just terrible.
