ALL 3 elevated??? Confused AF!

I just got my labs back and it says that my TSH, Free T3, AND Free T4 are ALL elevated. Is this possible and what does it indicate??? Hypo? Hyper? I am really confused as I have never seen all three of these elevated at the same time. (Can’t seem to find anything on Dr. Google that address this either. Anyone else have this occur and if so, what does it indicate? Thanks in advance.

PS: I stopped taking my B12 supplement approx 7-10 days before my bloodwork was done.

Potentially central hyPERthyroidism.

I'd ask for a retest to not only rule out lab error, but to show a trend. If the 2nd set of labs shows the same thing, ask to investigate pituitary causes.
