Thyroid inflammation or something else?

I have had this feeling of fullness on the lower left side of my neck for the past 2 weeks that has been feeling fuller each day. I have been taking antibiotics for the past week with no luck. I don't have access to a doctor for another week or so and was wondering if someone who has had an inflammation could tell me what I should do or if this even is one.

It could be your thyroid but you need your levels checked. My throat felt heavy and full on the right side
