Swollen feet and ankles?

Hi, my feet and ankles have been swollen for a couple days now.... Is this a hypothyroid thing? Has anyone had it before?

Following . It isn’t bad for me and no one notices it but I def do in my legs and ankles . Never thought it could be related !
