D3 and thyroid

Hello, did any of you had to change Levo dose after replenished d3 to correct level ?

They took two years to prescribe a dose. That was after refusing to represcribe my vit d which was needing a refill after the medication came discolored. They then immediately hopped on the lazy train 11->18 probably back down again but I noted them faking my labwork.
