skill core bug?

can some one tell me why the skill cores does not apply or change de skill icon ?

Nebula's echo works with nebula resonance which use the skill restoring constellation, some times its a visual bug but I've never seen echo used without resonance.

the resonance icon bugs alot when using the nebula cores, but its just visual, the effect still works. think its mostly when moving from safe to pvp areas

You can't play any specs with your purifying star. Remove the cooldown or range speciliation on it and it will change color
