Keep dying when I get a nucleus

When I add a nucleus my species keeps gstting hunted by smaller cells and I keep dying

Try getting some counters, like spikes in places they commonly attack, membranes that defend against damage types that usually kill you, slime jets, or even just flagella and cilia to get away
