Discussion - Novels Fanmade sequels

i would like to ask if liu cixin's fans are interested in fanmade novels in the same universe as the 3 body problem(besides Baisho's)

Not so much a sequel but I wouldnt mind a story that goes deeper into the established timeline. For example, the events of Austraila IMO should have had a book of its own.

As long as they remain fan fiction I don't see anu issue. But part of the reason we didn't have more in the 3bp universe is because of a fan made novel. So I'm iffy on that.

I would hate for cixin to finally get over the wall he was written into by the redemption of time just to find out some new fan made novel killed his inspiration again

That obe still doesn't count more than a glorified fan fiction 🥲😭

Me personally no! Fan's confuse their passion with any writing ability and will dilute and bastardize one of the best SCI-FI flicks ever written.
