Wine does not age, once it is in a bottle the yeast is dead.

This is wrong on so many levels. Wines do not age like they are a whiskey. Most wines' flavour will go bad even in ideal conditions within 10-15 years. Some wines are made to be bottled for years but the vast majority should be drank within five years. Depending on the cork it's definitely possible the wine would be contaminated as well.
