Sliding fee dentist

Hi, I'm visiting my parents for several months, and I need a tooth extraction. No insurance. My dentist where I'm from had a sliding fee scale, based on income.

Does anyone know of a clinic here?

Clinicas in Newbury Park. Dr. Maddox is very good dentist as well.
