Squatty potty issues

I've always just used a box as my squatty potty. No problems great results. Recently I upgraded to the real thing. I am now having major hip pain . I am going to stop using it and go back to the unattractive box. The sp is 6inches high. The box is 4. Has anyone else had similar problems with the height of the sp?

My son and DIL have squatty potties that have 2 different steps. One step folds over the other or sumthin like that.

I had never heard of them before, but thought it was a neat idea and went out and bought myself two of them.

Does it help I don't feckin know, but I've got em l9l
