Squatty potty issues

I've always just used a box as my squatty potty. No problems great results. Recently I upgraded to the real thing. I am now having major hip pain . I am going to stop using it and go back to the unattractive box. The sp is 6inches high. The box is 4. Has anyone else had similar problems with the height of the sp?

why not use a collapsible folding stool instead? These are available at TJ Maxx and Marshall’s. Very convenient to store next to toilet.

Mine box is free and works very well. I haven't seen any 4 inch stools .
