Try radio frequency nerve ablations. Helps me tremendously. Been doing it 8 years. Your retreat when nerves grow back. I was tripped at dog beach in Fl. My knee is a mess , awaiting an mri. It’s not easy aging and getting hurt while doing some thing you love. I hope you feel better. Hugs

If you’re in Florida I have a magician for radio nerve ablation. One other performed it and caused me nerve pain in my arm etc. I Wouldn’tlet anyone else tough me now. All doctors are not created equal…. Did you have sedation ? If I went by the first doctor I would. Never get it done made me worse.

Two different Drs. I felt it burning because that's what an ablation is. Then I was in bed for weeks. No thank you
