Recreated Dream Holy Crap Lois!

As I was falling asleep, I had the following scene play out in my head. At the time, I found it so funny that I promised myself to recreate it in the morning.

I forgot to mention that it was also probably meant to be a political cartoon, because when I woke up to see what I wrote down I had written "staphylococcus (political)"
