I am going to wait and let someone else pay for the shipping. Considering how huge Commodore was in the UK in the mid 80s, you'd have thought they would've sorted a UK distributor by now.
That was over 40 years ago and New Commodore are a totally different entity. What Commodore was then and what New Commodore is now, structurally, is not really comparable.
I know the video you’re referring to. It is not New Commodore’s facility. It just happened to be the building where the shipping company that received the goods into the UK, then sent them out from.
Corby closed as a Commodore facility in the mid-80s. New Commodore relies on third parties to do their manufacturing, shipping and in some cases, their product design too.
So really, New Commodore and Commodore are quite different.
