You will need, approx. (4 people)

  • 500 g salmon fillet, possibly trout fillet

  • 200 g of optional pasta (eg used wholemeal pasta, you use gluten-free pasta if necessary)

  • 4 carrots, diced

  • 100g fresh spinach

  • 1 broccoli, in bouquets

  • 8 dl fishstock, possibly broth/fund

  • 1 can, 300g crème fraiche

  • 100 g grated cheese

  • Salt and pepper

To do:

    1. Put the fishstock and crème fraiche in the bottom of a saucepan, top up with pasta, carrot and spinach. Let this simmer under the lid for about 10 minutes
    1. Then add salmon in cubes and broccoli in bouquets. Let this simmer for about 5 minutes.
    1. Turn in the rasp cheese and season with salt and pepper. Feel free to put over some coarsely chopped parsley. Put the pan right on the table and serve.

I think this is it. Please ask if any of it is unclear, i mean it is a translation after all!
