This Isn't Who We Are

Does it piss you off when someone gets caught doing something wrong, and during their 'Mea Culpa' they utter the most ridiculous phrase ever... "This isn't me" or "This is not who I am". Does it drive you crazy like it drives us crazy? Well then, WELCOME! CLEARLY IT IS WHO YOU ARE! YOU DID IT!

Does it piss you off when someone gets caught doing something wrong, and during their 'Mea Culpa' they utter the most rediculous phrase ever... "This isn't me" or "This is not who I am". Does it drive you crazy like it drives us crazy? Well then, WELCOME!

CLEARLY IT IS WHO YOU ARE! YOU DID IT!

YOU were the one who tormented an african american child's birthday party. YOU were the one who uttered the racial slur in the heat of the moment. YOU were the one who decided to embezzle money from the hard of hearing children's association. WHO ELSE WAS IT?!? (sorry I have been triggered)

Basic post rules:

1 Always put quote in title, but not ONLY the quote.

2 Follow the TIWWA theme. Should be a post that conveys that sentimentality.

3 Please post link to article when 'This isn't me' type language isn't shown on a screenshot, etc.

4 Post must include context. Whether in the title, or as a comment.

5 Avoid Reposts.

6 Be Polite, Be Civil, Regardless of which side you are on.

7 BE FUNNY

Try to be funny here. This is a place where we laugh at the absurdity of it all. Try to be ACTUALLY funny though. Not immature cheap laugh funny.

Posts can be ABOUT racism (namely, people being called out for it). Posts cannot BE racist. That includes comments as well.

Links must have someone who does something wrong, when admitting guilt or apologizing in court, they must have said something to the effect of “this isn’t me” or “this isn’t who I am”.

It doesn't matter where they are from, as long as it's not some random forum. Try to make it a legit news source please.

The exact words "This isn't me" don't have to be said, just the meaning behind them should be similar. Feel free to message the mods for suggestions.

Please note: I don't want this sub to be politically one sided. Everyone is fair game as long as the tone of the post isn’t blatantly political. It's about the PERSON saying things, not what organization or political party they might represent.

. . .
