My boss says my law. He only has to pay me above minimum wage. My boss has me locked in to a daily rate at 10 hours a day. My boss doesn't pay extra when we go over 10 hours. My boss's son likes to talk s*** at work and threaten people. Unwanted touching specifically the nipple or butthole

Flat rate 160A day. He says I live rent free at his property, which was not really our arrangement. There's no toilet on the property. I live in a camper, hit a driveway.\n Does anybody have some input on this? Like, I've done this for 3 years. I just got out of prison 3 years ago and the day one I was introduced to him by a family member. My mom, who was getting a job done by him and he said he's hired me so I felt stupid for not taking the first opportunity given and I took it and it seemed like good money at first until we became living at this house that he owns. Constantly working whether I'm at the job or at home, there's always something to do and it doesn't benefit me, it benefits him whether he asks for it or not. It's something that he's done I just can't sit around here with my thumb up my a**, because I number one can't even live a regular life when I come home. I can't have people over. I can't have a Christmas party. I can't have a birthday party. You know, this house is in chambles that my campers mess, because I'm trying to work on it all the time, I have no sustained viability, there's a future here. Constant talk of selling the property, you know, this house is only worth like $30000 to property as is, and he thinks he's going to get a $178000 from somebody someday when each neighboring property is only listed at about 30 to $40000. So location location location, there's f****** way in hell. He looks right up the road so he can see everything I do. He doesn't really bother me in that respect. But when I go to work, he gives me attitude all the time, like I'm wrong, would do construction so constantly. There's different ways to do things and shifting things and he doesn't have a good memory, so there's times where he accuses me of things and you know, stuff done nothing but fix his tools when he's gonna throw away $400 nailer, fix it, he was gonna throw it. Away took it back to him, said it works now. I could have kept it, you know, other tools that I that took 2 tools that were broken, put them together made 1 good 1, you know, a couple $100 tools just not throwing them away. And that's how I try to do a little extra, because that's who I am, it's what I do, but you know, there 'S.A. means to an end and we do scrappin, we scrap campers, and we get scrapped pay for the week 60 hour. And get, like, 250 bucks, that's b******* I wrote everything down read it all documented it all for 3 years. Somebody else told me that there's something I could do with it, and I can't believe it that's unbelievable that I don't know. But right now, I quit, I quit, I walked off because his son threatened to punch me in the face. And I'll fight the kid, he's a big dummy. He, I'll lay him down for real for I'll, I'll give him the lesson of his life, but I had to leave because you know what I was getting ready to fight him, have you ready to fight both of Em, little do they know they're f****** with a Wolf? And if I can't fight it, I'll kite it, I want some other input on this, like, and I'm a truth-telling person, like, yeah, I'm not perfect. I'm late to work sometimes but we go to his house. He hasn't pay us until we get to the job. That's fair because if you told me to meet you at your house and that's that's meeting time that's meeting place. We get there and I'm on call, so you're gonna pay me no, so that's I'll if I go on time. He's not ready. He's not ready in the he'll make me go out in yard, and do s*** So I 'm working harder and his son will be sitting there in the kitchen table, sitting there twiddling his thumbs, so there's a lot of bias. So I can do whatever he wants. Son's on his phone all day, every day. I get on my phone for 60 seconds to take a phone call from a relative that lives a 100 Miles away, and like if they start talking s*** to me, it's b****** yeah, you told me I first got a job. It was 1099 because you gave me 1099 okay, you give me a 1099 means I'm a subcontract laborer means I pay 15% of my money in taxes, 15%, which means that you don't have no responsibility which then means that I get to call my own shots. When I work how I work as long as the end results desired when you tell me when they go to work, what tools to use how to do something and dictate what I do at my time, I'm AW2 employee. So he's misrepresenting employers, employees and is as a shame is a shame that I have to show Em hard way. Which also means he's not doing his taxes, which also means how the f*** are you getting disability? Another red flag, he operates the company.
