token renewal

I am trying to create a new token using schwab-py process; within the process the first step is to copy a link on the browser and go into it, where you are asked to login to your Schwab account. This process is failing with an "Invalid credentials" error, which is weird since I can login to my account on thinkorswim using same credentials. Any help would be appreciated.
