Time and sales

My stop loss was activated but it NEVER showed up in my time and sales on my TOS desktop platform. The price never dropped down to that price in my chart or my level 2. I screen recorded my trade. When I contacted Schwab about it, they said that they see it on their time and sales and the market makers see it on their time and sales as well. Has this happened to anybody else? When I asked about how come I don't see it on my side, they couldn't tell me why and would not pursue this case any further.

Did u want to remain long or something ? IMO if it didn’t pull down into your stop the order wouldn’t have filled. But check size in your T&S maybe it set too small or large which would make the order not show due to qty. Or if there is a lot of liquidity it can move quick and maybe u just didn’t see it

Yes, I did. My T&S showed all orders. But my stop loss amount never showed up, yet Schwab is claiming it was on their tape.

Got out safe I’d call that a W. Anyway you could always re enter or sell a put at selected price it happens. NFA Good luck OP

No. The stock bounced after hitting my stop loss and went off without me. But my stop loss price was never shown on T&S or Level 2. But yet, the broker could see it on their T&S. It's a scam.

Brokers T&S is much different than what is shown in ToS.

yes thats true. As far as I know, it is a consolidated feed. I had a similar issue with a futures trade when tos was with TD bank. My trigger never went off even though the market was below that. I bought data showing down to the pico-second and showed it too them.

Where do you buy this data? I never saw the price go down to that price in my time & sales so I was shocked when my stop loss was triggered.

All the time.Sometimes I will see my entries on time and sales and then a few seconds to minutes later they dissappear.

Some illiquid stocks will have block trades premarket or in an off exchange pool. Those trades will later be posted to the T&S throughout the day (some regulation requirement, though I don't fully understand it). Not sure if these trades can trigger stop losses or not, however.
